Vendors must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in forfeiture of fees.

4. Operations

Vendors must:

• Arrive at least 1 hour before opening time for setup
• Remain open during all scheduled hours unless sold out
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Properly dispose of all waste and recycling
• Vacate the premises within 1 hour after closing time

5. Termination

Paradise Food Park reserves the right to terminate vendor participation for violation of these terms, customer complaints, or any other reason deemed appropriate by management.
